This year we were back at the Old Grist Mill in Seekonk, MA for our 7th annual St. Patrick’s Day Dinner fundraiser. The traditional dinner of corned beef and cabbage were served along with pea soup, salad, roasted red potatoes, carrots, beets and Irish soda bread. For dessert, vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and green shamrock sprinkles, and a sugar cookie on the side. Tickets were available for our “Pot of Gold” raffle and a sports memorabilia silent auction topped off the event. Everyone said the food was “fantastic”. Some of residents were able to attend and had a wonderful time.
